1. Scope of Services

Service Provider agrees to provide the following real estate

services (the "Services") to the Client:

1.1. Loan Financing for Asset Acquisitions: Assistance in

securing financing options for the acquisition of real estate

assets. (Unlimited Request “Consultant Fee Charged For

Each Succesful Loan Funded”)

1.2. Lead Generation: Providing targeted leads to support the

Client’s real estate acquisition efforts. (Unlimited Request)

1.3. Skip Tracing: Locating and providing contact information

for property owners or prospects. (Up to 1000 Skip Tracing

profile per month “$0.05 for any additional leads if you have

your own list and $0.07 if we provide the leads as well)

1.4. Virtual Assistant Services: Dedicated support for cold

calling and other administrative tasks. (Full time cold call VA's)

1.5. Motivated Seller Leads: Curated leads of motivated

sellers for potential real estate transactions. (Up to 100

Motivated Leads per month)

1.6. Wholesale Deals: Facilitating wholesale real estate deals

by connecting buyers and sellers and ensuring smooth

transaction processes.(Unlimited Request “Assignment Fee

Charged For Each Succesful Wholesale Deals”)

1.7. Consulting Services: Providing expert advice and

strategic guidance on real estate investment, asset

management, and market analysis to assist the Client in

achieving their goals. (Unlimited Request “Consultant Fee

Charged For Each Succesful Services”)

Additional services outside the scope of the aforementioned

basic services may be provided at an additional cost, subject to

written agreement by both parties.

2. Membership Packages and Fees

2.1. Lifetime Membership Packages:

Standard Lifetime Membership: $10,000.00 USD

2.2. Services Covered: The fees for the above membership

packages cover the basic services listed in Section 1.

2.3. Additional Fees: Any additional services or products

requested by the Client beyond the basic services will be

charged separately. Service Provider will provide the Client with

a written estimate of the costs for such additional services,

which must be approved by the Client in writing before

commencement of work.
